Delete Your Account

You can delete your Sleep Worlds account and data at any time. No login is required to request deletion.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Sleep Worlds and go to Settings (iOS: your Profile screen; Android: Settings).
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm. This removes your account.

By email

Email support@sleepworlds.app and ask us to delete your account. Include the email address associated with your account so we can verify it. We process deletion across our systems within 30 days and confirm when it’s done.

What gets deleted

Your account, profile, listening history, and associated personal data. We retain only what the law requires (billing and tax records, and limited security logs).

Active subscriptions

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel the subscription separately in your device’s subscription settings — those platforms handle billing and we cannot cancel on your behalf.
